The uniquely designed apartments feature a well-equipped kitchenette, satellite TV and free WiFi internet access. Admire the view from your own balcony or terrace, or from the large bay windows that welcome the sunlight and overlook the magnificent surrounding landscape.

Guests can enjoy customised massages, facial treatments and exfoliation treatments at the Deep Nature Spa, for an extra fee.

During winter, there is a shopping delivery service available at an additional cost and the bread and pastry delivery service allows you to order your in–room breakfast the night before. After lunch, guests can enjoy board games and books. Upon prior reservation and depending on the date of the stay, guests can benefit from reduced rates for ski passes and equipment rental.

After booking, guests may request a specific location for their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Prices include bed linen, towels, household linen, a cleaning kit, beds made upon arrival, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchenette and dishes, as well as access to the hammam and/or sauna. Basic WiFi access is available free of charge for up to five devices, while unlimited WiFi access is available at an additional cost.

Please note that invoices will be issued under the name provided on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges and activities are subject to availability.

Please note that the Kids Club is no longer available from the winter 2025 season onwards. During the winter season, reception is open 24 hours a day on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and from 07:00 to 23:00 on weekdays.

In July and August, Pierre and Vacances offers complimentary activities to enhance your stay in the mountains. In Flaine, guests benefit from the Flaine Summer Pass, providing access to a wide range of sports and cultural activities such as adventure courses, cycling tracks, tennis, archery, trampolines and family entertainment. One pass per person is offered for stays of at least 7 nights, wristbands are provided upon arrival and must be worn during activities, which require prior registration and are subject to availability. As these activities are organised by independent partners, they may be subject to change.

During the winter season, the residence will not operate 24/7. Opening hours will be 24 hours a day on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and from 07:00 to 23:00 on weekdays.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
