Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Fermes du Soleil

In the centre of Les Carroz d'Arâches, Fermes Du Soleil offers a range of relaxation facilities, including an indoor, heated swimming pool, hammam, saunas, whirlpool bath, cardio-training room and a relaxation room. Its apartments all feature a private balcony.

Distributed between 5 wooden chalets, the apartments at the Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Fermes Du Soleil are equipped with cable TV and private bathrooms.

During winter, the bread and pastry delivery service allows you to order your in–room breakfast the night before.

Guests can enjoy massages and body treatments at the Deep Nature Spa, and there is also a fitness centre. Pierre & Vacances Premium is a 45-minute drive from Megève and 50 minutes from Chamonix.

Please note that the opening hours for the swimming pool are 9h00-20h00 from Sunday to Friday and 11h00-20h00 on Saturday.

Prices include beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen, a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and kitchenette), as well as access to the residence’s wellness facilities, including the indoor heated swimming pool, saunas, hammams, whirlpool bath, cardio-training room and relaxation area.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorisation (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival.

To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration in advance via your Pierre & Vacances customer account.

Pets are welcome upon presentation of a valid pet passport. Please note that category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted.

Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.

The cardio-training room is available with free access for guests aged 15 and over. It is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00 from Sunday to Friday, and from 11:00 to 20:00 on Saturday.

The hammam is open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00 from Sunday to Friday, and from 11:00 to 20:30 on Saturday. Please note that access to the hammam is reserved for adults and is not recommended for pregnant women or guests with heart conditions.

The indoor swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 20:00 from Sunday to Friday and from 11:00 to 21:00 on Saturday.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances enhances your mountain stay at Résidence Premium Les Fermes du Soleil by offering one complimentary Carroz Pass per apartment for stays of 7 nights or more, valid between 20 June and 6 September. This pass provides access to a wide range of activities and leisure experiences, including one return pedestrian ride on the Kédeuze gondola or Tête des Saix chairlift, one run on the alpine toboggan (for one or two people), one entry to the swimming pool, one entry to the Les Carroz mini-golf, access to themed walking trails between Les Carroz and Flaine, and one sports activity organised by the local sports service such as trail running or orienteering from 6 July onwards. Guests also benefit from various discounts with resort partners. The pass is provided upon arrival. Activities are subject to reservation with the sports service or tourist office and availability, and as they are organised by independent partners, the content of the pass may be subject to change.
