Reception opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday and Sunday. If you plan to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact the residence in advance to obtain the late check-in procedure.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, towels, household linen (one dish towel and one bath mat), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area and dishes depending on the accommodation), basic WiFi access allowing up to five devices for browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and administration fees).

For any invoice request, please note that the name used will be the one stated on the reservation. If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact Booking.com customer service. Please note that reservations made under a non-refundable rate cannot be exchanged, refunded or modified, and no request for modification or cancellation will be accepted.

The beach is located 400 metres from the residence. It is a sandy beach supervised during the season, with snacks and restaurants nearby and nautical activities available within 1 km. Pets are allowed in the residence for an additional fee upon presentation of the animal’s passport: €75 per pet per week or €11 per pet per day for stays of 1 to 6 nights. Covered parking is available near the residence for an additional charge and must be reserved in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
