If you want to modify or cancel your reservation just you will put you in touch with BOOKING Customer Service. No request for modification or cancellation will be taken into account.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.
