If you want to modify or cancel your reservation just you will put you in touch with BOOKING Customer Service. Reminder : If you have booked a "Non-refundable" rate, the stays booked are neither exchangeable, nor refundable, nor modifiable. No request for modification or cancellation will be taken into account.
