In Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, the resort of Saint Laurent du Var is situated between the sea and hills, halfway between Cannes and Monaco. This typical Provencal town is lively year round and has many shops and restaurants.

The residence, partially renovated, enjoys an outstanding location in a quiet residential area opposite the marina, 100 m from the beach and 200 m from shops and also has a seasonal swimming pool.

The fully equipped kitchens in each accommodation offers vitroceramic cooking hob, coffee machine and refrigerator. They all feature a seating area and private bathroom.

Bakery deliveries can be made in the morning upon reservation at reception the evening before.

Free parking is available on site.

The apartments are currently very poorly air conditioned due to an air conditioning problem.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay for 45 € per person and for the stay if they sleep in an available cot.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Reception opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00
- Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00
- Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.

Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and is open from mid-April to the end of October.

Our playground is currently closed.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees).

Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. The number of services purchased must correspond to the number of occupants in the accommodation.

For an additional fee, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

For multi-property stays, the baby kit can only be booked on site directly at reception.

Reservations of more than 5 rooms or for more than 20 people will be considered as a group, and specific group conditions may apply.

Maintenance kits are available and include a sponge, dishwasher pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner. Bathroom welcome products are also provided, including soap and solid shampoo/shower gel.

Please note that the apartments are currently experiencing reduced heating due to a technical issue.

External work will be carried out on the air-conditioning system, and the cooling system may be temporarily shut down. In the meantime, fans will be provided to ensure guest comfort. Our teams are working to restore optimal conditions as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
