Der Ferienort Saint Laurent du Var begrüßt Sie in der Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur zwischen dem Meer und den Bergen, auf halbem Weg zwischen Cannes und Monaco. Die typisch provenzalische Stadt mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants versprüht das ganze Jahr über Lebendigkeit.

Die teilweise renovierte Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gegenüber dem Yachthafen und nur 100 m vom Strand und 200 m von den Geschäften entfernt, bietet einen saisonaler Pool.

In jeder Wohneinheit befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Kochfeld, einer Kaffeemaschine und einem Kühlschrank. Auch ein Sitzbereich und ein eigenes Bad gehören zur Standardausstattung.

Nach vorheriger Bestellung an der Rezeption am Vorabend ist eine Brötchenlieferung am Morgen möglich.

An der Unterkunft sind kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar.

Aufgrund eines Klimaanlagenproblems sind die Apartments derzeit sehr eingeschränkt klimatisiert.

Haustiere sind auf Anfrage erlaubt (ggf. gegen Aufpreis).
Aufgenommen werden Kinder jeden Alters.
Kinder bis 2 Jahre (einschließlich) übernachten für 45 € pro Person und für den Aufenthalt, wenn sie in einem verfügbaren Kinderbett schlafen.
Zustellbetten oder Babybetten sind nur auf Anfrage verfügbar und müssen von der Unterkunft bestätigt werden.
Zuschläge werden nicht automatisch in den Gesamtbetrag der Reservierung auf der Website eingerechnet und müssen separat direkt bei der Einrichtung bezahlt werden.

- Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00

Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and is open from mid-April to the end of October.

Our playground is currently closed.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access for up to five devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding city tax and application fees).

Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost. The number of services purchased must correspond to the number of occupants in the accommodation.

For an additional fee, guests may reserve the exact location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

For multi-property stays, the baby kit can only be booked on site directly at reception.

Reservations of more than 5 rooms or for more than 20 people will be considered as a group, and specific group conditions may apply.

Maintenance kits are available and include a sponge, dishwasher pad, cloth and all-purpose cleaner. Bathroom welcome products are also provided, including soap and solid shampoo/shower gel.

Please note that the apartments are currently experiencing reduced heating due to a technical issue.

External work will be carried out on the air-conditioning system, and the cooling system may be temporarily shut down. In the meantime, fans will be provided to ensure guest comfort. Our teams are working to restore optimal conditions as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.
A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival.
