This residence, with ski-to-door access, offers self-catering apartments for up to 9 people. It is situated at the foot of the slopes of Les Menuires ski resort.

Each spacious apartment has a TV and a kitchenette with ceramic hob, dishwasher and coffee maker. Some include a balcony with views.

Upon prior reservation and depending on the date of the stay, guests can benefit from reduced rates for ski passes and equipment rental. The residence is a 3-minute drive from the D117 road and 27 km from Gare de Moûtiers SNCF Train Station. It is sits in The 3 Valleys, at an altitude of 1850 metres.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

The property's reception opening hours are Sunday to Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in.

Complimentary internet access is provided for up to 5 devices. For stays of any length, beds can be made upon arrival at an additional cost per person.

Credit cards are the only accepted method of payment.

In addition, preferential rates are available in Val Thorens and Les Menuires on various activities and services, including wellness sessions, tennis court rentals, cinema, and fitness classes. The Passeport Ascensionnel is a rechargeable prepaid card that can be used for leisure activities with participating partners in the Vallée des Belleville, while also offering discounted rates. One pass per person is included for stays of a minimum of 7 nights. Activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As they are organized by independent partners, they may be subject to change. The Passeport Ascensionnel is personal and cannot be shared.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
