Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, and cooking utensils.

The property has two swimming pools: an indoor pool open daily and a seasonal outdoor pool (unheated), open from May to September.
