Vacancéole - Résidence Le Birdie

Located in the medieval village of Giez, this residence is situated opposite Lake Annecy Golf Club. It features a tennis court in the garden, 2 swimming pools and a sauna.

Each apartment is equipped with a TV and most feature a balcony or a terrace. Apartments include a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. Most units have a balcony or terrace.

A buffet breakfast is prepared every day at the Vacancéole - Résidence Le Birdie. After breakfast, guests can play billiards in the games room. Free WiFi access is available at the reception.

Lake Annecy is just a 7-minute drive from Le Birdie residence and Annecy is 25 km away. Free private parking is available on site.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Please note that only 1 pet per accommodation is allowed, for an extra charge of EUR 12 per day.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival.
