Our South West vacation rental has been designed as an everyday home so that you can make the most of your vacation!
The cottage has 2 bathrooms: a shower room with WC, part of the master suite & a bath tub with WC. Towels and bath mats are provided. (1 garbage bag and 1 roll of toilet paper are included to facilitate your arrival.)
The Kitchen: Real everyday cooking: oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, indoor crockery and unbreakable outdoor crockery! You will also find the essential products there: salt, pepper, oils etc... as well as a repair kit: garbage bag, dishwasher tablet, sponge, cloth... to facilitate your arrival.
For your comfort, the living room is separated into two spaces, a library area with a sofa for the moment of culture and tranquility and a lounge area with two sofas, for aperitifs, moments of conviviality... You also have a wood-burning stove for winter evenings (with wood provided) and direct access to the terrace of the gers swimming pool gite.

Otherwise, I specify the coordinates: (WGS84), Longitude 0.17742, latitude 43.75851.
More simply, if you arrive from Eauze, crossing Dému, 800 m after the Total station, just before the national becomes three-lane, you will see a path going to the right and the small signs indicating Peyrouteau.
If you are coming from Vic, when you are at the bottom of the descent in front of the straight that goes to Dému and where the national crosses over into two lanes, the path and the signs will be on your left. Of course, as it is forbidden to cross the national, you should go to the station, turn around in the truck parking lot which is in front of Total and come back.
But when there is no one following you and no one coming in front, some allow themselves a little glitch in the rules of the road and turn left directly.
In any case, don't take any risks, have a good road.

Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé,la literie excellente.
