Sauna Hiking trailsOld farm outbuilding that we have renovated to make it a soft and comfortable resting place after falling in love with this authentic and unspoilt corner of nature.
All around the house, space is dedicated to nature, with its meadows, forests, ridges and volcanic juices.
Layout:
• Ground floor:
- living room / kitchen, with sofa bed, wood stove, stove / fridge / kitchen equipment (no microwave or dishwasher)
- bathroom with shower / sink / wc and washing machine
• Mezzanine: sleeping area, 140 bed, desk, chest of drawers
Access to the mezzanine is via a small "miller's" staircase (access also possible from the outside).
• Exterior: slate terrace and 6000 m² unfenced
No TV or WiFi, there is 4G network.
Linens provided
It is located in the heart of the calm and preserved nature of this corner of Ardèche at the foot of Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc and Mont Mézenc.
Heating with wood stove.
Location: shops and restaurants 15 min.
In winter: skiing (front and downhill), snowshoeing, dog sledding, kitesurfing, a lugipark, etc. - Estables ski resort (15 mins)
In summer swimming, paddle, at the lakes of Saint-Martial or Issarlès, fishing and mushroom corners for amateurs and of course hiking because it is at the heart of many marked walking and mountain biking trails, but also on the passage of the "Ardèchoise" road, a famous cycle race. Other activity: paragliding

The cottage is located in the hamlet of Echamps, 2 km from Borée, towards Chaneac.
Arriving at the entrance to Echamps, there is a path that goes left in front of the garbage containers.
Take it and keep the bottom path. At 100 m is the cottage.

"Douillet havre de paix"
Maisonnette très agréable, un cocon douillet avec son poële et sa mezzanine perchée avec vue directe sur les étendues de nature. L'environnement est également assez magique, à l'écart du monde et de l'agitation. Un emplacement très bien centré au coeur et à portée des montagnes emblématiques du coin. Top pour démarrer à pied (ou à vélo) de la maison.

Petit chalet en pierres, intérieur bois, chaleureux, adorable, joliment meublé et décoré, confortable, en pleine nature, au calme. Idéal pour randonner et visiter les hauts plateaux d’Ardèche, villages… un petit bonheur.
