Martigues, known as "the little Venice of Provence", with its small port, is a town which benefits from a privileged location, situated around ten kilometres from the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, known as the "Côte Bleue", where there are several seaside villages, such as Carry, Carry le Rouet, Sausset, La Couronne, Carro, Ensuès, Ensuès la Redonne.

In the immediate vicinity of our rental are:
- the large Figuerolles park (located overlooking the Berre pond with a very beautiful beach) is decorated with an educational farm with a ride on a little train, pony rides, various games for children, relaxation area, possibility of walks and bike rides, "treetop adventure" course for all levels.
- Julien Olive park and many other gardens in Martigues (Priory garden and the edge of the Berre pond)

Possibility to park your vehicle in front of our house along the sidewalk in complete peace.
The apartment has a completely independent entrance; it is on one level and is designed for 4 to 5 people maximum including children; it offers good comfort as well as good equipment (reversible air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.)

We can also rent to people who come to work occasionally in the region, maximum 2 people (for any information on prices, it is preferable to call us on our mobile).

The accommodation consists of:
- a corridor (with wardrobe) leading to a separate master bedroom with: a double bed (140), a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a small table.
- a living room with sofa bed (for 1 person), 5 chairs, flat screen television and a folding wall-mounted sleeping area, comprising: two bunk beds (1 place).
- a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, classic electric coffee maker, toaster, electric chopper, mixer, pressure cooker, iron, etc.
- a separate toilet.
- a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit (two sinks) and a washing machine.

A small travel cot and a baby bath can be made available to you free of charge upon request.
Blankets or duvets and pillows are provided

You have a private garden of approximately 100 m², with garden furniture, a barbecue and a clothesline.
