Its capacity is from 8 to 15 people, its 300 m² of living space plus 150 m² of outbuilding, its 5 bedrooms with a private bathroom and WC, its living spaces + a sauna for 12 people, make the Mas a place privileged and friendly welcome ideal for organizing a stay with friends or family!
The Mas St-Alban is located at the confluence of 3 beautiful rivers: Labeaume (15 min walk), the Ardèche and the Chassezac with their gorges famous for canoeing. You will be in the center of southern Ardèche, in the tourist area of Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ruoms, Les Vans, Joyeuse and Aubenas.
You will be close to many visits to museums and caves (Grotte Chauvet / cave of the Pont d'Arc / aven d'Orgnac ...), sports activities (canoeing, caving, swimming ...), and you will be at the start of many hikes with 35 km of marked paths in the town of St Alban-Auriolles alone. You can thus leave the Mas for different sectors.

Quelle belle demeure. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. C'est immense, nous étions 15 mais avions énormément de place. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine pour nous rafraîchir. La maison reste bien fraîche malgré les fortes chaleurs. Canoë, baignades, visites culturelles, les activités aux alentours ne manquent pas pour ravir petits et grands. Je recommande vivement cette superbe maison pour des vacances en famille ou amis.

Exceptionnel, une très belle bâtisse. Piscine, sauna, four à bois extérieur... un jardin apaisant, un endroit où se reposer en pleine campagne.

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end en famille dans un cadre magnifique. Maison est très spacieuse, au calme, propre, bien équipée et accueil sympathique en prime. A refaire !

Un super endroit pour passer un WEEK-END entre amis ou en famille nombreuse.on peut y dormir jusqu' à 30 personnes. ..piscine et très belle vue panoramique.

Location pour un week-end avec le beau temps. Très bon moment passé en pleine campagne. Cadre super sympa. Belle maison . A recommander en groupe
