The house, on three levels, has two bedrooms upstairs (with double beds and single beds, including a bedroom with a cot) and a sleeping area with a double bed and canopy on the 1st floor, adjoining a large living room with stone fireplace.
Beautiful terrace in the shade overlooking this living room.
In all 3 double beds, 3 single beds, 1 cot, 1 extra bed.
A dining room (tiles), with a large table, is on the ground floor.
Kitchen and bathroom (with large tiled plan, double washbasin, and tiled shower) are also on the ground floor, which opens in front of the house on the mountains and the land (see photos).
Private car park.

The house is perfect for one (large) or two (small) families with children, or for 6 adult friends.
Warning all the same for toddlers (under three years old): a steep staircase between the ground floor and 1st floor, and the presence of the swimming pool, require constant attention.

Nature phobics abstain: you can cross paths with small animals.
For others, the house is a corner of paradise, with fruit trees, flowers, excellent air and scents, swimming pool and sun.

The region is simply magnificent, with many attractions: hiking, rivers, heritage (castles and villages), lavender, apricots, festivals of all kinds, vineyards and wines, olives, markets and good food.
The house is located in the commune of Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas, in the Baronnies Provençales regional natural park.

Possibility of short-term rental from 3 nights at the rate of €130 per night.
