Passing the front door you will come across a large living room with an adjoining kitchen.
These two convivial and charming rooms have direct access to the terrace and the garden of the house which constitutes a real paradise of greenery with swimming pool 12 x 5 m, solarium, BBQ, pizza oven, and garden furniture.
On the ground floor, you will have two bedrooms (one with 160x200 bedding and the other with 2 x 90x190 bunk bedding), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, two other bedrooms (each with 160x200 bedding, one with dressing room), a bathroom and a separate toilet complete the layout.
