The house is located 15 km from Tours, 15 km from Amboise, 20 km from Chenonceaux, 30 km from Villandry, 45 from Azay le Rideau, 30 km from Chaumont sur Loire and its garden festival, 50 km from Beauval Zoo , 2 hours from Puy du Fou, 50 km from Blois and its Magic House, and 1 hour by TGV from Paris.
We offer on the ground floor a dining room of 45 m², a modern and equipped kitchen, a toilet, a bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a garage with a dryer, a washing machine, a second fridge, and a freezer.
Upstairs 4 AIR-CONDITIONED bedrooms, and a large landing / games room, a bathroom, a WC.
Children can have fun with toys of all ages, run in the garden, while the grown-ups laugh around the ping pong table, or barbecue by the terrace.

Merci à Frédérique pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son écoute. Nous avons adore notre séjour. Le gîte est parfait pour accueillir une famille nombreuse et se retrouver dans un écrin de verdure. De nombreux sites à visiter sont à proximité. Nous y reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir

"Excellent location, perfect house, wonderful host"
We loved everything about our stay in vernou. Starting with the warm welcome of the great host Frédérique who was taking the time to explain things in and around the house and shared tips about the surroundings. The house is really nice with everything you need for a large family and lots of toys and books for kids, a big garden, in the middle of vineyards! Everything is very functional and in good state in the house, with very comfortable beds. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely house!

"Maison spacieuse et grand jardin, bien placée."
Très bon séjour , nous étions 9 adultes, pas de soucis de place. Deux salles de bain spacieuses. Bien équipée autant en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Parfaitement au calme, bon endroit à la fois pour profiter des châteaux et des vignobles !

"Spacieuse maison familiale"
Gite idéal pour accueillir nos enfants et petits enfants pour un long WE festif. Chacun y a trouvé son compte : ballades dans les vignes, visite de caves, découverte d'Amboise... Calme absolu. Maison très confortable et accueillante (lits faits à l'arrivée et personnalisés pour les petits). Beaucoup d'espace et d'aménagements extérieurs. Nous avons été ravis de notre WE et recommandons sans réserve la prestation de Frédérique !
