Located in a cul-de-sac, this house, completely renovated by an architect in 2022, offers you a breathtaking view of Lake Chalain, in great comfort.

On the ground floor: a large living room of 54 m² composed of an open kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a pellet stove and a space forming a choice of a second living room or a sleeping area which can be isolated by a curtain, all opening onto a wooden terrace of more than 20 m² and with a breathtaking view of Lake Chalain.
On the ground floor also a toilet and a shower room, both accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

Upstairs: a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms each equipped with 2 90x200 cm beds that can be combined to form 180x200 cm beds and a bathroom equipped with a large shower cubicle, a sink and a Suspended toilet.
One of the bedrooms has a view of the lake, the other has a view of the forest.

Access to the house is possible by wheelchair via the ramp and there are no steps or door/window thresholds to the end of the terrace.
