Private pool Hiking trailsAuvergne house for rent in Blat, a small place said to be in the heart of the chestnut grove, 7 km from Montsalvy in the south of Cantal.
House of 90 m² on 3 levels with:
• in the basement: a boiler room with washing machine, fridge and a bathroom including a toilet, a sink and a shower
• on the ground floor: a 56 m² room with a fitted kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area with cantou
• upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a large 140x190 bed and a wooden cot and one with two 90x190 beds. A separate toilet, a bathroom with a sink and a bathtub
• outside: two south-facing terraces, one of which is 80 m² with a stone barbecue. Garden Lounge. Private above-ground swimming pool of 27 m² with terrace and vast meadow area.
Weekly rental during school holidays.
3 nights minimum outside school holidays.
All shops and services 7 km away (Montsalvy).
Quiet area, ideal for rest and hiking. Many tourist sites in the region.
Our animal friends are no longer allowed.

D 341 direction Vieillevie for 900 meters. At the exit of a curve to the right, on the left at the level of the wooden cross, take the V 4 Indicating Lalo 4 kms.
2: Go to Lalo, continue for about 1 km, then turn left in the direction of La Fage, Blat, les Vignes.
3: Follow the road to its terminus (it stops in front of the rental at the bottom of the village).

"Calme et nature"
Belle maison de caractère, spacieuse et bien équipée pour passer un agréable séjour.
Piscine très sympa avec plage pour se prélasser. Quelques jeux d'extérieur à disposition.
Des animaux tout autour du lieu dit pour distraire les enfants.
A l'écart de la commune de Montsalvy et donc des commodités, c'est à prendre en compte.
Séjour et hôte très agréable, je conserve l'adresse.
