The Mas du Pontet (house with private swimming pool heated to 27° continuously from May to mid-September) can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 100 m², living room, kitchen and terrace on the same level as the pool area.

You are 5 minutes walk from the heart of the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, activities, tourist office and the river.

The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The cottage is equipped with programmed air conditioning

For the 2025 season: the cottage will be refurbished and decorated and will consist of:
- two bedrooms with a 160x200 bed
- a bedroom with two 90x200 beds
- fans available for each room
- 3 bathrooms for each bedroom (WC, washbasin unit, shower, hair dryer)
- a living room with a sofa and flat screen TV
- Free WiFi
- a fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, teapot, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine)
- outdoor living room
- charcoal barbecue

On-site activity:
- swimming pool heated to 27 degrees continuously (May to end of September 11.5 x 4.5 and 1.30 m deep) privatized for rental with deckchair and parasol available. Swimming pool secured by roller shutter

The cottage has its own private closed parking with electric gate, a plot of land with a surface area of 2400 m².
