This large house and its 2000m² wooded garden are located in a quiet area, a 3-minute walk from the center of the village of Piegros la Clastre, with a view of the Saou forest (Falcon Ridge).

the garden is equipped with a small terrace just in front of the house, and a table for lunch and dinner under the trees whose shade (as well as the stream which borders the land) will allow you to spend pleasant moments in the cool .

The house consists of a large living room of 60m2 kitchen + living room, fully equipped: gas hob, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (except dishwasher, freezer and microwave and television). You will find 3 bedrooms: a 160x200 bed and two 140x190 beds, as well as a large bathroom (bath/shower, washing machine).

You can park in the field next to the house (on the ground floor to load/unload your vehicle)
Depending on the period, it is possible that I will be in the adjoining studio (independent accommodation not overlooked behind the house).
If you wish, I can inform you about the many activities and places in the region: walks, swimming, markets, cultural places, hikes, etc...

You will have petanque balls, Molky balls and board games at your disposal.

I highly recommend the village bar restaurant. Access to the drome river is on foot in 10 minutes. Next to the river, there is the Poule a Facets tavern as well as a supermarket which offers many local products.
