Maison « Le Chai », havre de paix au bout du chemin, dans le Gers

The Chai is located at the bottom of a large Gers stone farm. It's wonderfully cool in summer and comfortable during cooler periods thanks to a pellet stove
.

There are double entrance doors overlooking the pond and horse paddock.

On the ground floor there is a huge living room with a well-equipped kitchen area. The living area includes 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, as well as a sofa bed. There is a long table for 8 people and a large desk.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The winery is well furnished with antiques and interesting objects, many of which come from the old estate and a family chateau.
There is a double bedroom with private bathroom, a double bedroom with door to a lovely shower room with walk-in shower. This shower room also has an independent door leading onto the hallway to the third twin bedroom.

We are at the end of a quiet path, fabulous views of the countryside. a path runs through the property, past the wine estate, which leads to superb walks.

We have 2 dogs, cats, horses and chickens!

Jegun is a lively and dynamic village - restaurant, Irish pub with concerts in summer, pharmacy, small market, super Vival store, butcher, plus lots of activities in the small villages around. we are 17 minutes from Auch.

you can relax in the peace but also visit the wine estates, the castles...
