- 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 2 of which are 10 and 12 m² and 1 attic; 1 with sofa bed; 1 with bunk bed for 3 individual beds) and an eighth bed via the sofa bed in the living room
- 3 bathrooms with bath, shower, washing machine
- 4 toilets (including two independent)
- a veranda with a view of the superb estate, large dining table and another TV corner
- a tiled swimming pool and its equipped pool house (barbecue, sofa, deckchairs, dining table, shower, washbasin, WC, ping-pong table, etc.)
