Located in the countryside, less than 2 km from all shops and amenities accessible on foot or by car, you will appreciate its large shaded terrace overlooking the grassy garden, its private swimming pool of 8.5 x 4 m protected by a removable cover, its shaded garden furniture, or even enjoy a nap lulled by the gentle song of the cicadas!
Able to accommodate up to 10 holidaymakers, the house offers 5 magnificent bedrooms, 4 of which have a double bed, fully equipped American kitchen (including American fridge with automatic ice cubes), large bright living room with refined decoration - 2 bathrooms and 2 WC
A large car park will allow you to park several cars ... the access path is a perfect pétanque court (boules provided!)

Many equipment available: outdoor games, ping-pong table, deckchairs, hammocks, children's trampoline, etc. Note the presence of laying hens in an enclosed environment on the car park side, nothing to do, just feed on their fresh morning eggs :)
Many walks from the house (stroll, hike, trail, mountain bike, ...), village with all shops accessible on foot by path. Ideally located to shine in Provençal Drôme, and near the city of the popes of Avignon, the nougat factories, the gorges of the Ardèche or the magnificent wine route of the southern Côtes du Rhône, and many points tourist attractions offered by Drôme, Vaucluse and Ardèche.
