This large Provençal villa is isolated from buildings, it is surrounded by fields of pines, oaks, vines and lavender. The calm is absolute and very soothing! It has an exceptional panorama on the mountain of the Grand Luberon.

The 200 m² house was renovated and fully air-conditioned in 2022.
The fully equipped kitchen and the living room are joined together and form a large space of 65 m² with high ceilings.
The 18th century fireplace in the living room as well as the contemporary decoration brings a lot of charm to this volume crossed by light.
5 bedrooms have a Queen size bed (160 cm), wardrobe and storage. A last bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (90 cm).

The indoor dining area is spacious and can accommodate up to 12 people.
For lovers of cooking and baking, complete and recent equipment is at your disposal (appliances, utensils and crockery, etc.)

Outside you will find the swimming pool area which is completely fenced and extends over 400 m².
The vast travertine and teak beach is home to a pool house (with shower and WC), 10 deckchairs as well as an outdoor lounge and a dining area.
The 5 by 14 meter pool is equipped with an electric rolling shutter, latest-generation UV filtration and two access stairs.
The pool is heated and lighted.

To the south of the house, the large terrace is protected from the sun by a covered pergola. It can accommodate the garden furniture as well as the dining area that can accommodate 12 people. A gas plancha will allow you to prepare good summer dishes.

Finally, to end your days in style, nothing better than a game of pétanque, mölkky, table tennis, badminton or table football! All the equipment is at your disposal!

For the cold seasons, the open fireplace and the central heating will warm up your days.
