The villa is located 7 km from the spa resorts of Balaruc les Bains and Sète and 3.5 km from the beach.

Cleaning: €120 (End of stay)
LINEN: Beds made upon your arrival.
Towel kit: €10 (household linen with towels and bath sheets) per person.
