🦩 INTERIOR: At your disposal all the comfort and well-being equipment (reversible air conditioning), Nespresso machine and a private laundry room. Baby bed and baby chair available on request.
The villa is located 7 km from the spa resorts of Balaruc les Bains and Sète and 3.5 km from the beach.
♟OUR OPTIONS:
To be paid on site according to your choice and to inform us before your arrival.
Cleaning: €120 (End of stay)
LINEN: Beds made upon your arrival.
Towel kit: €10 (household linen with towels and bath sheets) per person.
Sheet kit: €20 for double bed and €10 for 90cm bed.
♟ DEPOSIT: €1,000 and refund on the day of departure
♟ Low and mid season EDF in addition (ZEN + EDF rate Peak hour €0.2103 and off-peak hour €0.1499 per kWh Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday)
