Lots of charm for this old house, in the heart of the old village of Robion, it is fully equipped with new appliances with wifi internet (fiber) and can accommodate up to 6 adults (3 double beds) and 2 children (single beds) with its 25m² single storey terrace.

It consists of a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room with a stone fireplace, 3 double bedrooms (including 1 on the mezzanine of the living room) and a a child's bedroom, a small playroom, a bathroom, a laundry room and separate toilets.

The 16m² parental double bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a 160x190 bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a full-length mirror; it communicates with a child's bedroom of 12m² with a single bed for one person (90x190) and a small wooden bed for a baby.
The second double bedroom of 14m² (140x190 bed), with mobile air conditioning, has a mezzanine with an additional bed (80x200 mattress).

The third double bed (140x190) is on the mezzanine overlooking the living room.

The 18m² dining room is open to a 10m² American kitchen, with central island and bar stools, equipped with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an induction hob with hood, an oven classic, a microwave and small household appliances (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker, etc.).

The 19 m² living room (with a 9 m² mezzanine) consists of a stone fireplace, two 2 and 3 seater sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a large Samsung flat screen TV with Freebox.

The bathroom, redone in 2018, includes a walk-in shower, a vanity unit basin, an electric towel dryer and a tilt-and-turn window; the laundry room with washing machine, freezer and additional fridge also allows storage of outdoor cushions and chairs. The toilets are independent.

The 25 m² terrace, on one level and under a pergola, is equipped with a living room with 3 benches (2 for two places and 1 for three places), a coffee table and a dining table with chairs.
