Private pool Hiking trails2 independent accommodations of 50 m² each, on the ground floor in our Provençal farmhouse, located in the Hyères countryside, surrounded by a vineyard and hills, on a plot of 1 ha.
The 2 gîtes are composed of a kitchen living room, a shower room with WC, and two bedrooms with 160x200 beds for the gîte on the pool side and a 160x200 and 140x190 bed for the gîte on the garden side.
Equipment: oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, washing machine, television, barbecue possible depending on the season, air conditioning (only in the gite on the pool side)
Outdoor private space with dining area.
A large swimming pool of 11 x 4.5 m with deckchairs available.
Pets are accepted under certain conditions with a participation of 50€/stay.
Private parking for cars and motorcycles, secured with electric gate.
Our mas consists of two independent lodgings of 50 m² each on the ground floor and our accommodation upstairs.
Possibility to rent the two apartments for a family of 8 people.
You will appreciate the calm of the countryside, 5 km from the first beaches.
Departure for the islands of Hyères (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Le Levant) 15 min by car
Possibility to go directly hiking, mountain biking, …
Electric vehicle charging possible for a flat rate to be determined.
