Chalet with 1 car garage, laundry room (washing machine, freezer, storage), courtyard, on 500 m² enclosed land, trees and shade on lawn, close to rivers and forests, possibilities for hiking, walking, mountain biking, motorbikes, quads, skiing background, picking raspberries, blueberries, mushrooms, fishing... Pets allowed under certain conditions.
Very quiet village, close to 10 km European Bisons, 20 km Les Loups du Gévaudan, 10 km cross-country ski resort "La Baraque des Bouviers", between 10 and 30 km several water points, small dam or lake, 10 minutes from the village chalet with all local shops + doctor and pharmacy...
