LES TROIS RIVIÈRES, apartment for rent, in residence situated in a park of 8 hectares and 3 swimming pools.

Mandelieu La Napoule , a city of the French Riviera on the Mediterranean Sea , is located 6 km from the center of Cannes and 30 km west of Nice (airport 30 min)
The city is equipped with several marinas , two 18 hole golf courses (Golf Old Course and Riviera Golf) , a water sports center, a pony club, tennis courts and regional balls , shops and malls.
Numerous sports and cultural activities take place throughout the year and are more numerous in summer.

Residence, 2 km from the sea, is closed with guarding throughout the year, a security is strengthened in July and August.
The apartment of 42 sqm is located south facing 2nd floor with lift access , balcony (10 m²) ; view overlooks the park and one of the 3 swimming pools ( in Open Season : Early May to Mid October ) .
It has two bedrooms, a living room with open kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people plus a bathroom with shower and washing machine laundry and a separate toilet .
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people , wardrobe , furniture and a TV + CD .
- The bedroom has a double bed for 2 persons and a double wardrobe.
- The kitchen is equipped with a combined fridge - freezer, an oven, a microwave , a dishwasher, a coffee machine , full dishwasher and all utensils.

Parking: a closed basement of the building garage is available for an average size vehicle . All parking in the city of Mandelieu are free.

From the airport of Nice or Marseille - Aix en Provence
- Take the motorway A8 direction Marseille - Cannes - Antibes
- Take exit # 41.
- 600 m to the exchanger (first roundabout), turn right onto the D6207 and then D6007 "Avenue du Maréchal Liautey" towards Mandelieu.
- 1km, at the 2nd roundabout, turn right "Avenue du Maréchal Delattre de Tassigny" towards Mandelieu.
- Go over the motorway bridge and the bridge over the river Siagne (500m).
- At the 3rd roundabout turn right onto the D109 "Avenue of Veterans Affairs."
- After 400 meters, at the traffic lights, take the baffle left to enter through the main gate to the residence (if closed we expect to call us and we'll be there in a few minutes).
The entryway is the height of Eric Estivals Stadium.
