These are two independent air-conditioned charming houses and not overlooked.
Description of one of the two houses:
We invite you to discover a charming house of 85 sqm fully air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and designed for accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
Located in the countryside between the Mont Ventoux and the Luberon, near a Provencal village but close to shops.
We offer great benefits:
* 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6,
* Heated swimming pool (8 x 4) on request, "beach" around the pool with sunbeds and small garden,
* Barbecue,
* A closed garden of 900 m² not overlooked entirely planted with olive trees and rock garden with terrace shaded by an arbor
The main room of 34 m² is furnished with a seating area with sofa bed (with a real mattress), flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, a fully equipped kitchen with its appliances .
The bathroom with walk-in shower is totally independent toilet.
Each of the rooms offers a double bed with 140x200 arranged closet and TV.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron and all necessary maintenance.
A carport of 25 m² is at your disposal.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Located 11 km from Splashworld Water Park and Lake Beaulieu, 20 km from Avignon, 7 km of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and 40 minutes of the Ventoux.
Ideal location for bicycle enthusiasts.
Motorway 20 minutes and Marignane airport at 1am.
