1 hour from Valence, 2 hours from Lyon, come and enjoy a quiet and isolated place, nestled in a forest of chestnut trees, with the attractions of the swimming pool in summer, a traditional sauna in a wooden barrel and beautiful green spaces.

Capacity of 4-5 people. 60 m². Terrace facing the forest and overlooking the view. This cottage offers a lot of privacy. Old stone building typical of the Ardèche.

First level :
lounge area with sofa bed for 1 person, terrace access (ATTENTION, no TV)
kitchen equipped with refrigerator, small oven
bathroom with shower and WC

bedroom with 1 double bed
Bedroom with 2 simple beds
Note, the 2 bedrooms are only separated by a curtain.

Swimming pool, petanque court, barbecue, darts, billiards... are available throughout your stay and children can enjoy the swing, the sandbox and the many games. During the winter period, you can access the sauna for a relaxation session.
There are 3 other gites on the estate, each gite has its own entrance and its own terrace.
