Les Amandiers - villa avec piscine privée et vue sur les vignes

Ideally situated in the Var department of Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur, Callas is a typically provençale village with tight streets bordered by high houses . Exploring this village is like going back in time - you can admire the magnificent doors, marvel at the beautiful church and soak in the atmosphere created by the delightful fountains. Halfway between the sea and the mountains you will be spoilt for choice - the Gorges du Verdon are a short drive away - enjoy the magnificent views and perhaps try some rafting. The Riviera is the same distance away with the famous beaches of St Tropez just waiting to be explored. The village is a short walk from Les Amandiers, a lovely typically provençale villa. A total of 175 m2 is made up of: Ground Floor a small entrance with WC, a living/dining room of 35m2 and a separate fully equipped kitchen of 12m2. A veranda leads to a summer kitchen (and barbecue) which looks over the private pool (10 x 5 m) and a separate bedroom/study with shower room and wc containing a good quality sofa-bed. Upstairs 3 bedrooms: 2 with 160 x 200 beds and the third with 3 single beds. The bathroom has bath, shower and double sink unit. separate wc. The open views from the villa and s garden over the vines are delightful. Not suitable for those with limited mobility
