NEW GÎTE 71 near RCEA: superb panoramic view suspended in its green setting of Saône-et-Loire.

This lovely new house, located in a quiet area (large enclosed garden, barbecue, secure parking, etc.), is perfect for welcoming non-smokers from a family, a couple or several friends. Our animal friends will be present in the remote lodging park (dwarf chickens, small dogs and cats) will delight the little ones.

The accommodation has: bedrooms, convertible sofas (including 1 upstairs), baby bed, futon, equipped and fitted kitchen, living room, bathroom/WC, office with plenty of storage space.

In this comfortable Burgundian gîte, you can rent fishing rods, pétanque balls, a sound system for festive evenings outdoors, badminton games;

Possibility of additional beds: guest rooms in the other property or/and tents in the large park.
This cottage, for more than 2 people, has a small supplement of / person for a starry night.
