A large east-facing terrace has a 3-seater spa, garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and a small lounge area.
On the garden level, you will also have access to the technical room with the ski racks, the shoe dryer, the washing machine and the dryer and the possibility of parking several bicycles.

Ideal for holidays with families or friends, located in the countryside in a quiet environment, duplex gîte on the 1st and 2nd floor of a fully restored typical old Savoyard farm, also including the owners' accommodation on the ground floor .
