The farmhouse is located 2.5 km from the town centre of Ruoms with direct access to the Via Ardèche.
This 150 m² character farmhouse will offer you wonderful moments with friends or family.
It is located in the south of southern Ardèche, in Ruoms, next to the chalets without any vis-à-vis, fully fenced, electric gate, and a stone's throw from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and other sporting and cultural activities.

The 9 x 5 m infinity pool offers a beautiful view of the Sampzon rock, access via a staircase, depth from 0.90 to 1.50 m, treated with salt; and a parasol.
The pool house, an extension of the swimming pool, includes a large oval table that can seat 7 people, a sink, and a bar for sharing your meals throughout the summer season.
A wood-burning barbecue and a real pizza oven are at your disposal.
Concerned about the environment, the swimming pool is not heated, favoring air conditioning for the interior of the house and your comfort.
