The detached house is set in 1200 m² of enclosed private grounds, with a large enclosed courtyard and carport.
The open-plan kitchen/dining area and living/dining room, 4 soundproofed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make for a peaceful stay with family or friends.
The gîte is located on the Romanesque church circuit, within easy reach of hiking and cycling routes.
You can discover the historical (Romanesque churches, castles, etc.), natural and cultural treasures, as well as the gastronomic specialities of the Charolais-Brionnais region, renowned for its hedged farmland and unspoilt countryside.
Heating included (underfloor heating on the ground floor is very comfortable)
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath, changing mat.
The rooms are independent of each other and soundproofed.
The accommodation is not equipped with sockets for recharging electric cars: there are recharging points 5 km away in La Clayette (Aldi, Poste car park, Intermarché).
