A 5-minute drive from the city center of Amboise, this 19th century residence was completely renovated in 2021 and classified 4 stars, with all the equipment necessary for your comfort.

We welcome you to this three-hectare estate made up of a large garden, an equipped and privatized terrace, a secure swimming pool, a playground, a river, a two-hectare forest.

Escape into the great outdoors while being close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, supermarkets)

The cottage is designed for a family stay with young and old or between friends.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms for 12 beds (+ 2 travel cots for babies).

The cottage is composed on the ground floor:
- a large entrance and living room
- a large dining room with fireplace and connected TV with access to the quiet terrace and the garden
- an open equipped kitchen: 1 m piano with 5 gas burners, 1 m oven, 2 microwaves, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, basic necessities, washing machine/dryer, etc.
- a separate toilet
- a large bedroom with 4 single beds that can be transformed into a Kingsize double bed, a private bathroom. Direct access to the garden.

On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and a single bed as well as a private bathroom and WC.

Outside the gîte, take advantage of all the services offered by our estate:
- A secure 10x5m swimming pool.
- A play area for your children
- A private terrace equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a table for eating delicious meals with family or friends

Traveler access
Enjoy the entire area in complete freedom.
Parking that can accommodate 4 vehicles on the property is available to you.
Additional parking is available opposite the estate or a 2-minute walk away.
Our biker friends are welcome and will be able to park their vehicles within the estate.

We will provide tea, coffee and a bottle of wine to start your stay.

Our animal friends are not accepted within the domain, we thank you for your understanding.

Located in the center of Saint Ouen les Vignes. The lodge includes a protected wetland natural area.
