We welcome you to this three-hectare estate made up of a large garden, an equipped and privatized terrace, a secure swimming pool, a playground, a river, a two-hectare forest.
Escape into the great outdoors while being close to all amenities (bakery, butcher, tobacconist, supermarkets)
The cottage is designed for a family stay with young and old or between friends.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms for 12 beds (+ 2 travel cots for babies).
The cottage is composed on the ground floor:
- a large entrance and living room
- a large dining room with fireplace and connected TV with access to the quiet terrace and the garden
- an open equipped kitchen: 1 m piano with 5 gas burners, 1 m oven, 2 microwaves, dishwasher, espresso machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, basic necessities, washing machine/dryer, etc.
- a separate toilet
- a large bedroom with 4 single beds that can be transformed into a Kingsize double bed, a private bathroom. Direct access to the garden.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and a single bed as well as a private bathroom and WC.
Outside the gîte, take advantage of all the services offered by our estate:
- A secure 10x5m swimming pool.
- A play area for your children
- A private terrace equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a table for eating delicious meals with family or friends
Traveler access
Enjoy the entire area in complete freedom.
Parking that can accommodate 4 vehicles on the property is available to you.
Additional parking is available opposite the estate or a 2-minute walk away.
Our biker friends are welcome and will be able to park their vehicles within the estate.
We will provide tea, coffee and a bottle of wine to start your stay.
Animals
Our animal friends are not accepted within the domain, we thank you for your understanding.

Gîte super agréable avec un super extérieur !
Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir beau temps pour début mai et les propriétaires ont acceptés de nous ouvrir la piscine pour qu’on puisse en profiter :)
Super bien situé pour visiter le Clos Lucé et Chaumont !

"Gite au top pour retrouvailles en famille"
Tout était parfait. La localisation au calme, l'équipement du gîte, la piscine qui a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. Ce n'est pas loin de Chenonceau, d'Ambouse, de caves. Les prophétiques sont disponibles s'il y a quoi que ce soit. Bref je recommande

Je suis professeure de yoga en Touraine depuis plusieurs années. J'ai eu plaisir à organiser un de mes séjours au sein du domaine du cerf !
Le calme y est propice à des activités de détente et de ressourcement.
Le gite est très bien équipé et mes stagiaires y ont apprécié les prestations.

"Super week end familial en pleine nature"
Très belle maison , très bien équipée et confortable. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Beaucoup de jeux de société et de jeux de jardin ajoutent au côté convivial de cet hébergement. Le jardin est très agréable également. Les hotes sont très serviables et aimables. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Gîte spacieux, super équipé, bien situé, super adapté aux enfants (dortoir , baby-foot, balancoire), piscine chauffée super appréciée avec ces chaleurs, terrasse immense, etc !
