The main room includes an equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto a terrace with barbecue and garden table, all on landscaped and flowered grounds of 2000 m².
Private parking. Ideal location between Tallard and Gap.
The 5 x 10 m heated and secure swimming pool is located in the middle of the garden. It is therefore easy to access without being too close to your terrace. A hot-cold water shower on the pool deck allows you to take the obligatory shower before the first dive, and to rinse (or wash) when you go out.
Outdoor playground for the youngest, pétanque court, ping-pong table.
Possibility of many nature sports for which the owners can advise and guide you: hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, rafting, via ferrata, climbing, skiing, snowshoeing.
But also family walks to discover the fauna and flora.
Nearby: many lakes and rivers to discover on foot, by swimming, by boat or on horseback.
Our cottage is located in a wooded setting with views of the mountains.
So, for a relaxing and/or sporting stay, with family or friends, Isabelle and Marc welcome you to the heart of the Alps in their pretty gite and their very pleasant swimming pool, all to make you spend a relaxing stay, and looking for "absolute" well-being.

"Excellent séjour"
Séjour très agréable, Marc est un hôte hors pair, toujours disponible pour donner des informations ou des conseils. Le gîte est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate de Gap, mais au calme à l'extérieur, avec tout le confort souhaitable. Tout simplement parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans le Gite de Marc.
Super accueil, Gite bien situé, entre Tallard et Gap. Marc est un hôte super , il donne de très bons conseils pour des randos, très disponible pour ses locataires. Nous retournerons avec plaisir et pourquoi pas essayer les raquettes l'hiver. C'était notre 1ere visite dans cette région et nous l'avons adopter. Merci Marc pour vos conseils et pour le petit cadeau de départ. Au plaisir
