We are 20 minutes from Geneva and Annecy, in the heart of Haute-Savoie, surrounded by such remarkable places as Chamonix, Lake Annecy and Lake Geneva.
Le Charmagit welcomes you to a beautifully restored Savoyard farmhouse dating back to 1908, offering 400 m² of warm and authentic living space. With 12 guest rooms, each featuring a private bathroom, our inn provides the perfect setting for hosting your events in complete comfort. The restaurant room, which seats up to 35 guests, is available exclusively as part of our service packages.
We host a wide range of events, whether for a single night or longer stays:
Family celebrations (weddings, anniversaries, baptisms, communions)
Corporate seminars and team retreats

-Exit n°15 (Thonon/Vallée Verte) then direction La Roche sur Foron
(on the right at the motorway exit). Follow the D903 for 7km, turn right at the 3rd intersection after the place called “La Madelaine (chemin de la Fouilleusse) then immediately right (rue de la Vernaz) and go 250m.
-Exit n°16 (Bonneville) take the D1203 towards Annecy/La Roche sur Foron. Follow the road for 7km. Arriving at La Roche sur Foron (at the roundabout) take direction Thonon/Annemasse, drive around 500m, turn left (rue de la Fouilleusse) then immediately right (rue de la Vernaz) and do 250m.
