- terrace south and north side, veranda with pizza oven
- swimming pool 10 x 5 m covered, possibility to bathe in bad weather
- and totally private outdoor kitchen for tenants

Very quiet, parking, bowling

From the villa you can walk or mountain bike. Very quiet place.
Freedom to take your meals in the garden, in the shade, full sun, or cool in the evening
