This property with one floor consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, giving access to the south-facing terrace, a bright and air-conditioned living-dining room with a pretty fireplace.
A rest room with a Smart TV and table football to share good times with family opening onto another terrace. A small laundry room and a separate toilet.
The sleeping area on the ground floor accommodates a cabin bedroom with bunk beds and a double bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with access to the garden, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and WC,
The first floor consists of two attic double bedrooms with detachable beds (either 2x 80 x200 or 160 x200), one of which has air conditioning, a shower room with WC.
You can rest in the shade of the pine trees, swim and cool off in the 8x3.5m swimming pool, play long games of pétanque or ping-pong and share good meals on one of the two terraces.
You can also go 3km to the Valdaine golf course nestled in its green setting of almost 76 hectares.
Parking spaces are located within the villa, enclosed by an electric gate.
All household linen is provided (1 bath sheet - 1 hand towel per person and kitchen towels).
We have left it to the Home Sweet Holidays concierge, managed by Katia, to receive you.

- the tenant cancels more than 30 days before entering the premises, the cancellation fees are 0.
- the tenant cancels between 29 and 15 days before entering the premises, the cancellation fees will be 50% of the rental amount.
- the tenant cancels between 14 days and the day of arrival at the premises, the cancellation fees will be 100% of the rental amount.
These cancellation costs can be covered by cancellation insurance to be taken out individually by the tenant.
Whatever the reasons for cancellation, the tenant must notify the owner by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the date of receipt of this notice determining the scale to be applied.
The tenant who has not notified the owner will be required to pay the balance in full.
If a case of force majeure results in the destruction of the property or the impossibility of making the property available for rental, all sums paid will be refunded to the tenant, without the tenant being able to claim further reimbursements.
In the event of cancellation at the owner's initiative, the owner will reimburse 100% of the amounts collected.
Any interrupted or shortened stay, or any service not used, does not give rise to any reimbursement.
Even in the event of repatriation, it is the tenant's responsibility to take out appropriate insurance.
No refund will be made once check-in has been completed. The owner also reserves the right to cancel the tenant's stay if the rental is not paid in full 30 days before the arrival date with the delivery of the multi-risk insurance certificate.

"Magnifique havre de paix"
Je ne peux que recommander cet endroit de quiétude.
Nous n'avons même pas eu envie de partir visiter les environs tellement nous nous sommes sentis bien et déconnectés.
La maison est très bien équipée

"Au top !"
Si vous cherchez un bel endroit pour vous reposer c’est idéal ! La maison est bien équipée bien décorée très propre et la literie hyper confortable. Le coin piscine au top ! De plus plein d’activités à proximité, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
