Piscina Tenis de mesa Billar JuegosLa casa rural 2 con capacidad para hasta 12 personas se inauguró a mediados de 2023. Se encuentra en Lacapelle-Marival (con su castillo del siglo XIII), entre Figeac y Rocamadour.
La casa rural 1 (capacidad para 6 personas) se puede alquilar al mismo tiempo (lo que aumenta la capacidad a 18 personas), contactar con Vincent.
Esta casa rural 2 con una superficie de 130 m² incluye en la planta baja un comedor + cocina abierta, 1 dormitorio para 4 personas, una sala de estar, 1 cuarto de baño con WC y arriba: sala de estar/juegos, 1 dormitorio (para 4), 1 baño + aseo, 2 zonas para dormir.
En Lacapelle-Marival encontrará comercios (Intermarché, panaderías, farmacias, médicos, dentistas, pero también cervecerías y restaurantes, etc.).
A 1 hora en coche hay numerosos lugares turísticos y de ocio:

LIVING WELL TOGETHER:
At the lodge, it's: good humor, respect, sharing, kindness and tolerance.
PAYMENT: A deposit of 40% of the price of the stay is payable upon booking the stay (by bank transfer). The balance of the stay is payable 1 month before arrival at the gîte (by bank transfer). On arrival the tenant will give the owner a deposit check for €300 (uncashed). For all payments by bank check, we require the presentation of proof of identity. THE TOURIST TAX, in force in the municipality, must be paid at the end of your stay (1€/adult/day). Tenants will send the owner a certificate of their VILLEGIATURE civil liability insurance for the stay when booking (this is free and must be requested from their insurer).
IF THE STAY IS INTERRUPTED, no refund will be made. Likewise, in the event of early departure, the entire stay is due. Delays in arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund.
ANY CANCELLATION must reach us at least 1 full month before the arrival date. After this period of one full month, the entire rental cost is due. If following a reservation, tenants do not show up on their scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund.
ACCESS TO THE GITE in July and August: Saturday FROM 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m.

The fixed "cleaning package" of €90 includes complete cleaning at the end of the stay (€50) as well as the rental of clean sheets and towels (€40). It is obligatory regardless of the length of stay.

Propriétaire accueillant et réactif. Logement bien aménagé et équipé pour une famille avec enfants. Bien situé dans le Bourg.
