A gîte 1 (capacity 6 people) can be rented at the same time.
Garden 1000m². Installation of a round swimming pool 4.5 m in diameter in June 2024.
Gîte 2 with a surface area of 130 m² includes on the ground floor a dining room + kitchen, 1 bedroom sleeping 4, a lounge area, 1 bathroom with WC and upstairs: a games/living room, 1 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1 bathroom + wc, 3 sleeping areas.
Gîte 2 is part of a beautiful property comprising 2 gîtes + owner's part
In Lacapelle-Marival you will find shops (Intermarché, bakeries, pharmacy, doctor, dentists, but also brasseries and restaurants, etc.).
Within a 1 hour drive, there are plenty of tourist and leisure sites:
- UNESCO world heritage sites (the Gouffre de Padirac, the Assier castle, the Castelnau-Bretenoux castle, etc.)
- villages classified as the most beautiful villages in France (Cardaillac, Autoire, Loubressac, Capdenac, Carennac, Martel), the sacred city of Rocamadour, the medieval city of Figeac, the city of Collonges-la-Rouge, Cahors, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie , the Caves of Pech Merle, caves of Tandi, as well as parks or zoo (Parc Animalier de Gramat, Le Rocher des Aigles, etc.), but also activities such as tree climbing in Figeac, canoeing on the Dordogne, the Célé, the Lot and of course many hiking or mountain bike trails...

LIVING WELL TOGETHER:
At the lodge, it's: good humor, respect, sharing, kindness and tolerance.
PAYMENT: A deposit of 40% of the price of the stay is payable upon booking the stay (by bank transfer). The balance of the stay is payable 1 month before arrival at the gîte (by bank transfer). On arrival the tenant will give the owner a deposit check for €300 (uncashed). For all payments by bank check, we require the presentation of proof of identity. THE TOURIST TAX, in force in the municipality, must be paid at the end of your stay (1€/adult/day). Tenants will send the owner a certificate of their VILLEGIATURE civil liability insurance for the stay when booking (this is free and must be requested from their insurer).
IF THE STAY IS INTERRUPTED, no refund will be made. Likewise, in the event of early departure, the entire stay is due. Delays in arrival or early departures cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund.
ANY CANCELLATION must reach us at least 1 full month before the arrival date. After this period of one full month, the entire rental cost is due. If following a reservation, tenants do not show up on their scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund.
ACCESS TO THE GITE in July and August: Saturday FROM 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m.

The fixed "cleaning package" of €90 includes complete cleaning at the end of the stay (€50) as well as the rental of clean sheets and towels (€40).

A “central heating” supplement of €9/day will be requested between October the 15th and May the15th.
