Located an hour's drive from Chamonix, Geneva and Annecy, Morillon offers the discreet charm of a village resort with its pleasant family atmosphere and its vast ski area linked to the Grand Massif, made up of traditional houses covered in wood typical of the region and chalet-style residences, all built around the historic 16th century church.

Former farm shed, we have rehabilitated this chalet whilst retaining all its authenticity. The exterior woods have been treated to dress the interior.
You will be seduced by the atmosphere of this chalet, whose layout with large bay windows has been designed to offer you a magnificent panorama of the mountains and the Giffre valley.

On the ground floor of the chalet: integrated kitchen area open to the living room (TV, pellet stove, sofas including 1 convertible to 140x190), separate toilet
Upstairs: the 2 bedrooms are arranged with 2 twin 90x190 beds, TV, separate toilet and a private shower room, large bay windows and 2 small balconies
The private terrace facing east facing the mountains is equipped with a 3-seater spa, garden furniture and furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs.

The cottage:
Ideal for holidays with families or friends, located in the countryside in a quiet environment, duplex gîte on the 1st and 2nd floor of a fully restored typical old Savoyard farm, also including the owners' accommodation on the ground floor .
