Overlooking the pretty town of Besse, with an incredible view of Le Sancy on one side, and the Dent du Diable as well as the Monts du Livradois Forez, this 360 m² house offers you the opportunity to spend a pleasant time with your family, between friends, for work meetings since equipped with fiber.
Its living room (+ 110m2) where you can take your meals, with its kitchen and relaxation area with billiards, table football, children's playroom, opens onto a terrace with its BBQ to enjoy the outdoors.

On the 1st floor, there are 5 bedrooms. They are all equipped with a bathroom and a separate toilet, flat screen, and reception tray
The 1st: for 2 people - 160x200 bed
The 2nd: for 2 people - 160x200 bed
The 3rd: for 2 to 4 people has two twin beds (90x200) and a comfortable BZ (140x190)
The 4th: for 2 to 4 people, has a Queen size bed (2 twin beds - 90x200) and 2 bunk beds (90x200)
The 5th: for 2 to 3 people has a 180x200 bed and a 90x200 bed
These are memory foam mattresses

Either you bring the bed linen, or I offer rental (disposable or not)
In the basement you can store your ski equipment, your bikes or motorbikes.

400 m from the center, its restaurants, shops but also its pretty town to visit, 400 m from the shuttle to Super-Besse.
Located 1/2 hour from many activities: Château de Murol, Grotte de Jonas, Saint-Nectaire, La Bourboule.
