It is a house of 145 m², including
• on the ground floor :
- a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with two sofas including a convertible one, a fireplace, an office area
- two bedrooms with two beds of 90 but possibility of making two beds of 180x200
- a bathroom with bathtub and double sinks (hairdryer and straightener)
- bathroom
- cellar with washing machine, vacuum cleaner
• upstairs :
- a baby corner with bed, changing table and armchair and next to a parental suite with a 180x200 cm bed
- bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
This room overlooks a beautiful terrace.
• outside there is a covered terrace with a large table and chairs, a barbecue, a swimming pool surrounded by a barrier, a trampoline, a ping-pong table and a dart board
