- on the raised ground floor: an entrance, a laundry room, a WC, a living room, a dining room opening onto a suspended terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom with shower room and private WC
- on the 1st floor: a landing serving 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet
- on the 2nd floor: a landing serving 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room and a WC
- in the basement: a table football room, a weight room, a relaxation room with access to the outdoor terrace.
You will have unlimited access to the private swimming pool which is covered and heated.
You will also benefit from 8 parking spaces within the grounds of the residence.
To complete your stay, the beds will be made for your arrival, towels will be provided and you will not have to worry about end-of-stay cleaning.
