La Cotinière - gîte

Our gite is adjoining our Longère "La Cotinière", located in a charming village just 6 km from Nuits-St-Georges and 18 km from Beaune.
Close to the must-see tourist sites of Clos de Vougeot or the Abbey of Cîteaux and the Hospices de Beaune.

Our gite is really adjacent to our house. A door separating our living room remains locked.
An independent exterior access door opens onto a fully equipped kitchen area open to the living room with a Jotul wood stove, and fan coil units bringing heat in winter and cold in summer.
The sleeping area on the ground floor is a sofa convertible into a 160 bed and is very comfortable.
You will also find the shower room and a toilet.
The 2nd sleeping area is a bedroom with a Sofitel king size 200x200 bed on the mezzanine.
Everything is open “Loft” style
The mezzanine lets in the morning sun with the view of our garden.
We have completely renovated our house and there are still the exteriors to be fitted out. They should be finished by the end of this year, weather permitting.
however, the garden is accessible.
We also have 2 guest rooms available on the site if you are 8 people

You have the possibility to park in our closed courtyard and to put bicycles or motorcycles in our garage.
We can also lend you 2 classic mountain bikes
